cooling and ventilation
How the cooling and ventilation system Works
The system operates using high-efficiency exhaust fans and cooling pads installed at opposite ends of the poultry shed. Fresh air enters through cooling pads, where it is cooled by water evaporation, and is then pulled uniformly across the shed by powerful exhaust fans, removing heat, moisture, and harmful gases.
Airflow is regulated using temperature sensors and controllers
Cooling pads reduce incoming air temperature naturally
Exhaust fans maintain uniform air speed and negative pressure
The system adjusts automatically based on bird age and weather conditions
This creates a controlled environment (EC shed) that keeps birds comfortable, healthy, and stress-free with minimal manual intervention.
